The hourly fee is based on 60 minutes' time.
The first hour of any Mediation session is due and payable in full even if the parties suspend or terminate the session prior
to the full hour. If a session goes beyond the first hour, an additional 1/2 hour pro-rated fee is charged; if the session
goes more than 30 minutes into the additional session, the full additional hour is charged.
